FitMyMeal (the “Application”) is provided by FitMyMeal (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can also unsubscribe from certain email communications from us by updating your account settings.

You can temporarily deactivate or permanently delete your FitMyMeal account. Following termination or deletion of your account, we may retain your profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us.
